Oatmeal Jaggery Cookies
Ingredients:

Oatmeal- 1 cup

Resona Organic Jaggery powder ¾ cup

Resona Organic Coconut flour - 1 cup
-
Resona Virgin Coconut oil - 1/4th cup

Black pepper powder ¼ teaspoon
-
Cinnamon powder ¼ teaspoon

Resona Coconut Milk Lite ½ cup
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180º C and grease a baking tray with Resona Virgin Coconut oil.

Put oatmeal, Resona organic coconut flour, Resona Organic coconut oil, Resona organic jaggery powder, black pepper powder and cinnamon powder in a bowl and mix well.

Add Resona Coconut milk light and mix well. Set aside.

Drop dollops of oatmeal mixture on the greased tray keeping some distance between each. Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes.

Remove the tray from the oven and cool down to room temperature.

Arrange the cookies on a serving plate and serve
