Oatmeal Jaggery Cookies




  • Oatmeal-  1 cup

  • Resona Organic Jaggery powder  ¾ cup

  • Resona Organic Coconut  flour -  1 cup

  • Resona Virgin Coconut oil - 1/4th cup 

  • Black pepper powder ¼ teaspoon

  • Cinnamon powder ¼ teaspoon

  • Resona Coconut Milk Lite ½ cup




  • Preheat the oven to 180º C and grease a baking tray with Resona Virgin Coconut oil.

  • Put oatmeal, Resona organic coconut flour, Resona Organic coconut oil, Resona organic jaggery powder, black pepper powder and cinnamon powder in a bowl and mix well.

  • Add Resona Coconut milk light and mix well. Set aside.

  • Drop dollops of oatmeal mixture on the greased tray keeping some distance between each. Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes.

  • Remove the tray from the oven and cool down to room temperature.

  • Arrange the cookies on a serving plate and serve
