Mango Lassi
Ingredients:

1 cup (250g) Soy Yogurt (or) Cashew Yogurt

1 cup Mango (Approx 180 grams)
-
¼ cup of Resona Organic Coconut Milk Light
-
2-4 Pitted Dates
Procedure:

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until it’s smooth.

Serve immediately and you can always experiment it with some pistachios or almonds as toppings.

Feel free to add ice cubes to beat the summer heat.
