Broccoli Tater Tots

 

Ingredients: 

  • 2 1/2 cups raw broccoli grated or pulverized in a food processor

  • 1 Onion finely sliced

  • 4 Egg size 6

  • 1/2 cup Resona Organic  Coconut Flour

  • 3/4 cup Grated Cheese

  • salt pepper, adjust to taste



 

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 180/190c

  • Cover a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside. 

  • In a food processor with an S blade add the broccoli and pulse until it forms a rice texture

  • Add eggs, coconut flour, cheese, onion, salt and pepper and process them on low speed till the ingredients combine

  • Transfer the mixture into a bowl and shape tots 

  • Place the tots on the cookie sheet and bake at 190^C for 15minutes

  • Serve with a dip of your choice.
