Broccoli Tater Tots
Ingredients:

2 1/2 cups raw broccoli grated or pulverized in a food processor

1 Onion finely sliced

4 Egg size 6
-
1/2 cup Resona Organic Coconut Flour
-
3/4 cup Grated Cheese
-
salt pepper, adjust to taste
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 180/190c
-
Cover a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

In a food processor with an S blade add the broccoli and pulse until it forms a rice texture
-
Add eggs, coconut flour, cheese, onion, salt and pepper and process them on low speed till the ingredients combine

Transfer the mixture into a bowl and shape tots
-
Place the tots on the cookie sheet and bake at 190^C for 15minutes
-
Serve with a dip of your choice.
